Here at Leading Value we understand that one size does not necessarily fit all. We tailor our one on one coaching to suit each clients needs and focus on what they aim to achieve, not our own agendas.

The coach approach

Our coaching touches on many aspects including:

1. Magnetic leadership

Magnetic leaders are people who proactively respond to life and business based on their values. They are able to subordinate a feeling, to the level of a value. They are people who are able to recognise the gap between stimuli and response and then use that gap to proactively choose how to respond. These people tend to be well grounded, centred and very magnetic for others. By being aware and expanding the choice gap, magnetic leaders are able to best cope with everyday life’s external stimuli and pressures with ease. Through the coaching process you will discover the difference between managing verses leading, how discovering your purpose is fundamental to great leadership and how instilling stewardship or servant leadership in your organization can radically shift the culture.

2. Laser clarity

Having clarity about what you want to achieve and where you or your business are heading is one of the keys to success. Just as when a light is focused in on one point it becomes laser like, clarity of purpose is immensely powerful. This will allow you to begin to answer ‘What am I about?’ and ‘What do I stand for?’, ‘What does my business represent’, ‘What is my unique selling point?’

3. Self Management

Time management is a bit of a strange term because in reality no matter what we do there are still only 24 hours in a day. We find many professionals are hardworking, competent and caring – dedicated to making a difference but finding it difficult to find enough hours in the day. Time management is no solution, what is needed is a new approach – a Leading Value self-management approach. Self-management is the key to getting the things you want done. It is the execution and implementation of your plan. It is forming good habits and replacement poor habits with actions that are related to your priorities and will move you forward.

4. Powerful communication

The profile of a person who practices win/win philosophy is amiable, friendly but tough and courageous. They are totally honest and open and they encourage the same from others. Coaching will assist you to consider what makes others think and behave the way they do and what you can do to accommodate different personalities while staying true to your purpose and values. You will learn how to become an empathetic listener and how to develop independence, motivation, self respect, honesty, and integrity in others through powerful communication.

5. Team synergy

If you are responsible for building and developing a synergistic, motivated team then coaching will help you understand how to inspire people and create a learning culture. Synergy is where the whole becomes greater than the sum of the individual parts. The world’s most successful companies value their people as their top priority and spend time and resources developing. The resulting team synergy delivers results well beyond expectations. Through the coaching process you will discover how to develop a team culture in your organisation to achieve the companies vision and objectives. You will also work on understanding the role of psychology of individuals and teams in order to overcome barriers and solve key organisational issues.
